1. Program Description

JARVIS is a personal AI SMS assistant operated by Surya (an individual, not a company). JARVIS sends automated SMS reminders and responds to requests on behalf of its owner via Twilio over standard US carrier networks. Recipients are exclusively the owner and a short, hand-curated list of contacts who have given explicit prior consent.

2. Eligibility and Consent

Messages are sent only to recipients who have given prior explicit consent — for example, by replying to a verification message or by being invited as an authorized contact by the owner. By participating, you confirm that you have opted in and agree to these Terms.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and requested automations. You may receive occasional reminders or responses at any time, depending on how the Service is configured.

4. Rates and Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan's SMS and data rates.

5. How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any message to receive assistance. You may also email ur2cdanger@gmail.com for support.

6. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent until you re-opt-in. To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP at any time.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
